A mandatory prepayment of 25%, but no less than one night's stay, is due no later than 15 days before check-in. Bank transfer invoices are valid for 5 calendar days.

If less than 3 days remain before arrival, payment is only possible by card or cash in person or through a representative.

The hotel does not accept third-party cards — only bank transfer or cash at the front desk.

Free cancellation 15 days before arrival from May 1 to September 30; at other times — 3 days before arrival.

Late cancellation or no-show incurs a penalty of 100% of the prepayment. If the guest does not check in by 23:59 without prior notice, the booking is cancelled with a penalty.
