Standard rate — no prepayment: the agreed period of stay is paid at check-in.

Guaranteed booking — prepayment of the first night; the payment deadline is stated at booking. The balance is paid at check-in.

Someone else may pay for your stay — please provide the booking number and the full names of the guest and the payer. A bank card is accepted only with its holder’s consent.

Free of charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before the start of the day of arrival (Moscow time). Any prepayment is refunded in full.

For cancellation less than 48 hours in advance or on the day of arrival, or a no-show, the charge is no more than one night’s stay. The booking is held until 12:00 noon on the day after the arrival date.

Available subject to room availability and by arrangement with the hotel.

Early check-in: between 08:00 and 14:00 — half the nightly rate, before 08:00 — the full nightly rate · Late check-out: between 12:00 and 18:00 — half the nightly rate, after 18:00 — the full nightly rate
