ООО «Мезон» (operating the hotel «Villa Deja Vu»), hereinafter referred to as the «Service Provider», in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, offers an individual (hereinafter — the «Client») to enter into an agreement for the provision of temporary accommodation (lodging) services under the terms of this public offer.

1. Subject of the offer

The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Client with temporary accommodation (lodging) services at the hotel «Villa Déjà Vu» at: Sochi, Adler district, ul. Prosveshcheniya 154, and the Client undertakes to pay for these services under the terms of this offer.

2. Acceptance of the offer

Acceptance of this offer (full and unconditional acceptance of its terms) constitutes the Client's placement of a booking and/or payment (prepayment) for services. From the moment of acceptance, the agreement is deemed concluded under the terms of this offer.

3. Booking and payment terms

A mandatory prepayment of 25%, but no less than one night's stay, is due no later than 15 days before check-in. Bank transfer invoices are valid for 5 calendar days.

If less than 3 days remain before arrival, payment is only possible by card or cash in person or through a representative.

The hotel does not accept third-party payment cards. Payment is made by bank transfer or cash at the hotel reception only.

4. Cancellation terms

Free cancellation is available up to 15 days before check-in (from May 1 to September 30), and up to 3 days before check-in at other times. Cancellations made after the stated deadlines, or in case of a no-show, are subject to a penalty of 100% of the prepayment amount.

5. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: after 14:00. Check-out: by 12:00.

Early check-in / late check-out is available subject to room availability: the first 2 hours are free, up to 6 hours — 50% of one night's rate, more than 7 hours — full day charge.

6. Breakfast

Breakfast is included in the room rate from June 1 to September 30 and from December 29 to January 6 for standard occupancy. For extra beds, breakfast is charged separately.

7. Personal data

By placing a booking, the Client confirms consent to the processing of their personal data under the terms set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
